Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus
Initial Review: 10,000 miles on tires
January 25, 2014

This tire has amazed me since it was installed 10,000 miles ago. Immediately, I noticed a difference in decreased road noise and increased ride comfort over the OE Continental's. It has been a great tire while driving in heavy rain and an equally as great tire when taking corners a little faster then you should. Yes, I drive a 2011 Outback 2.5i Limited, but still love to take corners above the posted limit. What has brought me to write this review was an experience I had today. I drove my wife's Forester that is equipped with the OE Yokohama Geolander's. I had good thoughts about the Geolander and have always liked Yokohama tires. That was until I drove the Forester in the snow and compared it to my Outback that is equipped with the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus tires. The Pirelli's are SUPERIOR!! Even with AWD, I found myself slipping around a bit in the Forester with the Geolander's. In my Outback with the Pirelli's it has been a totally different experience. There is very little wheel spin when launching from a stop on snow covered roads. The stopping distance is equally as amazing when driving on the Pirelli's. These tires have been great, a lot of fun and from what I can feel, the safest tire produced. When it is time to get new tires on our Forester we will be purchasing the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus tires. Thank you Pirelli, for producing and ACTUAL All Season tire that is outstanding in ALL conditions!!
