I had purchased these tires to cope with mountain snow driving. At first, I assumed that these tires would outperform (grip and handling-wise) my All-seasons in snow conditions only, but they proved to be really good in dry and rainy conditions as well. I don't think I ever experienced hydroplaning while driving with these tires in the rainy season.

Also, it is important to note that although these tires do work really well, they tend to have an understeering response (I'm not sure if that is also in part due to the design of the car, but that is what I experienced)

They do not have any weird noises or feel mushy in dry conditions, so I would recommend these to be used in areas where you would expect to receive snow during the winter months - and you'd swap the tires out in the summer time to preserve the tread for the following seasons!
