Michelin Premier A/S
Initial Review: 2,700 miles on tires

I purchased a set of Michelin Premier A/S tires to replace the original OEM Continental tires. The OEM tires had 40,000 miles showing moderate wear with sever hydroplaning issues last fall. Dedicated Michelin winter tires used for the winter. I purchased the Preemier A/S tires in March.

I drove the car on snow, ice, heavy rains and dry roads. You experience some of all four season weather driving in Cleveland Ohio springs. The tires proved excellent in the rain, very good (I was pleasantly surprised) in light to moderate snow and excellent on dry roads. These are excellent tires but expensive. I found the tires to ride a bit hard at times (V rating on new tires vs. the H rating on the OEM tires?) and the road noise to be pronounced on various types of road surfaces especially at highway speeds. My son has the same tires on his 2008 Honda Accord. These tires handle different on his car than mine. I would rate these tires on his car as excellent in all categories.

I am pleased overall with my tires and recommend them if your budget can withstand the hit for four tires. I will provide an update later as the miles accumulate.
