Great tire... lives up to the reviews. Not noisey at all on my CTS-V, quiet on the highway. Very good wet and dry grip. The response on these tires is better than summer tires I've had before. Very good on-center feel and the car reacts instantaneously to inputs. Good acceleration grip with 400hp, difficult to spin the tires. Was able to pull 1.03G around a cloverleaf and the tires had not even begun to make noise, and that was in 28 degrees. Have not used them in the summer yet though but I imagine they will be even better than they were in cool weather. HUGE NOTE - these tires will not get you through a real winter. I am in MN and use winter tires but got stuck with these in a few inches of unplowed city streets. They do work well enough to get you around on packed snow and ice but unless you have AWD these tires WILL leave you stranded on any type of snowfall. Other than that these are awesome tires.
