General Altimax HP
Initial Review: 30,000 miles on tires
December 17, 2013

Bought those to replace factory's Continental's.
Pros: about $100 of savings for a 4-set, good ride quality, noise is acceptable, good handling and responsiveness.
Cons: terrible on light slow or ice relative to competitors, wears off quickly (30K miles for me, though I'm a spirited driver).
After those I bought a set of Michelin Primacy MXV4 which was $150 more but with snow / ice performance dramatically improved and lasted 45K miles instead of 30K - the Micheline turned to be cheaper per mile plus additional winter safety.
Now I ordered Pirelli Cinturato P7 - will see if those are any better.
