Firestone Winterforce UV
Initial Review: 7,000 miles on tires

I drive in Northern Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Upper Michigan and these tires are phenomenal winter or any conditions!!!!!
In Hancock Michigan they have huge hills they get 215 inches of snow a year. I test these tires on my 2000 Toyota Tacoma 4*4 extra cab. 15 inches of snow came onto over 65 inches of snow fall so far in the year, the roads were packed with snow. These tires blow me away!!!! In two wheel drive you can almost do any of those hills with these tires. In four wheel drive you have to try and get stuck. The thing that blew me away was the acceleration in snow these tires provide in four wheel drive. It is shocking. Stopping is very good but again acceleration amazing.
I pull a trailer normally when I travel in the winter and pull a snowmobile trailer with two sleds. This these things are great the price is a no brainier.
Now let's think about wear and tear and durability:
I had to drive these things in 90 plus degree weather this summer and I can not tell any wear. Don't bat a eye lash and thinking winter tires burn up in the hot summer. These tires do no such thing!!!
Off road use:
I have taken these things through a ton of mud during hunting season and was blown away with the traction. I pulled a friends UTV out of the mud it was so stuck his winch could not get him out, he was really stuck. I pull him out in 2 inches of mud. The kind of mud that gets into your boots really bad.

Buy these tires and you will be happy.
