Firestone Destination LE 2
Initial Review: 8,000 miles on tires
December 11, 2013

I waited until now to post a review so I could rate all levels of weather and traction. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these tires. They are a year old now, have about 8000 miles on them. I bought during black friday last year, got one free when bought 3, which was a deal since $140 per tire. They are awesome on dry, wet , snow and ice roads. They dont leak alot of air, so checking once a month, only lose 1-2 psi per tire. Smooth and quiet on all kinds of roads, also bumpy roads on highways they silence somewhat. Just got snow/ice last week and eager to see how would handle...went thru the snow like it was melted butter and the ice at cautious speeds, gripped well esp when gently braking to stop. No rear sway ( rear drive ) or slippage on ice as driving cautiously. So very impressed with Firestone, havent bought since they had the recalls from over 15 yrs ago...they have a customer back.
