Fantastic tire!!! Replaced a set of Cont DWS - nice tire but started getting really noisy about 35,000 miles. This tire goes through all kinds of weather with no difficulty - snow is no problem at all. Noise is low, ride is fantastic and they are wearing like iron. I do drive mostly highway but they have already out performed the DWS, Goodyear F1 allseason, and Altimax I had previously. I think the XL makes a difference on the Audi - Highly recommend.

Based upon Consumer Reports review of the Continental Pure Contact, I replaced the tires on my 2008 Lexus ES350. These tires were terrible, the auto shop could not get them balanced and the ride was rough and bumpy. Replaced these Pure Contacts, after a few days and trips to the auto shop, with Michelin Defenders, and the car rides great.
