Continental PureContact with EcoPlus Technology
Initial Review: 100 miles on tires
December 21, 2012

My previous tires were the OEM Michelin Hx mxmx4. These Continentals are a big improvement over the OEM Michelins.
The Continentals are much smoother, quieter and dry and wet grip is really good. We had light snow last night and I took the car out early this morning before the snow plows came out to see how they handled, I was very pleased.
At highway speeds I have to be careful because with these tires it is almost like a smooth flight, I could easily go over the speed limit and not know it.
I have experience with the Bridgestone Serenity Plus and the Continental Contact Extreme DWS and the Continental PureContact with Eco Plus is the best that I have driven on. I am also averaging 3 more miles to the gallon. This tire is everything I was looking for and more.
I notice on the Tire Rack test it was said that they would like to see as slight improvement in this tire when hitting the larger bumps but I have not found this to be true, IMO they handle the larger bumps better than the OEM Michelin Pilots and Bridgestone Serenity Plus.
I am Running the tires at the recommended PSI on my door jam which is 33psi.
