Continental ExtremeContact DWS
Initial Review: 600 miles on tires
December 06, 2013

Second set of ExtremeContact DWS tires I've purchased for my vehicles - Acura and Honda. This is a great year round tire. Perfect for DWS conditions. Price is affordable, comfy ride, steering response and traction in all weathers is great. Just had a couple inches of snow and these performed GREAT. Waiting for the heavy snowfall to give am update. Spirited driving here and there and I know my tires - and these exceed my expectation for an all season tire. If you're looking for all-season performance and drive your car NORMALLY, then this is a great tire for you. Some negative reviews I've seen on this tire are from people who try to race or drive the crap out of these tires. These aren't racing/all terrain racing tires. Sidewalls are kind of soft/thin (but I believe Continental made them that way to help dissipate heat during the summer months). Steering response is good but don't expect them to respond like a racing tire. Keep these rotated about every other oil change and you're set to go. These tires have long life from having them on my first car.
