I purchased my Continental Extreme Contact DWS in October from Tire Rack and I can honestly say the purchase through Tire Rack and the tires themselves has been the best experience. I have a 2008 Chrysler 300 limited DUB Edition which I honestly love. As mch as I love my car , which will be classic someday , it is rear wheel drive with all chrome wheels that only will allow performance tires . By the way I live in snowy Columbus, Ohio. Last winter was dangerous riding on my Goodyear RSA's. Like many of you reading this review with the winter coming and remembering my fear last winter everytime it snowed , I started looking for an all season tire that was best in the snow in August. After reading many reviews on many sites, though they were the most expensive, I narrowed my purchase down to the Michelen Primacy MXV4 and the Continental ExtremeContact DWS. I made my decision in October. The experience at Tire Rack was so painless that I ordered the tires on a Friday and had them installed on a Saturday at a Tire Dealer less than a mile from my house. Here is the best part, the 1st snow in Columbus hit the 1st week of December , 6 inches the 1st day and 5 the next day. If this had been a year ago , I would stayed home and never left the garage. However, this year, I was absoultely amazed at how good the ttraction is for a rear wheel drive car in the snow. The difference is day and night . The fear of snow is gone, thanks to these tires. The ride is smooth and amazingly quiet and the braking and driving on wet payment is firm and compliant. These tires were expensive and my only negative thing to say about them is that when it is cold they seem like they weigh alot and steering is sluggish until they warm up. If you have a rear wheel drive car and live in a snowy climate, and want a quiet ride, and good traction without compromising performance these are the tires for you. I am more than pleased and will definitely buy these again from Tire Rack again.

How have they worn since? I am having them installed on my 2008 impala ltz today. I agree the rsa's were not that good and wore funny. Thats why im also having a 4 wheel alignment done. They seem like an amazing tire from all my research i have done.
