Follow-Up Review: 31,000 miles on tires
April 05, 2014
These tires were superb up to about 20,000 or so miles at which point their noise level increased ever so slightly, continuing steadily. By 31,000 miles, the noise level reached a din that was too annoying to ignore so I replaced them with the relatively new Pirelli Cincurato P7 All Season Plus. In fairness to the Conti's, the 2nd generation Acura RL has a reputation for causing uneven treadwear due to the alignment specs of the rear suspension combined with the car's super handling AWD. It's possible some tires tolerate it better than others, noise wise.
Initial Review: 1,000 miles on tires

These tires replaced the factory original Michelin's. No comparison - the Conti's are superior across the board, especially in the two categories that mattered most to me, low ride noise and high comfort. They fit the bill and have taken the joy of the car to a whole new level. I don't care how long they last because for however long, they're a joy around town and on long trips.
