Review is mostly for ride comfort at this time.
Just purchased and took a 2 day roadtrip. Replaced OEM Dunlop 5000m sport at 27,000. Still had good tread left but the noise was making me crazy. Had a rotational noise between 45-65.
So my impediate response on driving home was I gained nothing on the noise level other than getting rid of the rotational noise. Most of the freeways I drive on a concrete is So Cal so they are noisy anyway. I drove up highway 99 and when I got to blacktop they were very smooth and very quite. All I got was a slight wind noise and very little road noise. I gave a 7 rating for noise and ride for now due to the concrete highways that are load and bouncy anyway. If I had smooth blacktop it would probably be a 9. Becasue of the tire size I had not choice but the W speed rating so they are going to be a little stiller.
I noticed also that the steering was easier. I always thought steering was somewhat of a chore with the Dunlops as they seemed as they always wanted to track straight and fight the turns. These tires do not have that feel nearly as much.
As for mileage, I have not noticed any change. I my drive back, all freeway, at 70-80 mph, I was getting 27.9 until I hit stop and go traffic. So far happy with the mileage.
Going on a long road trip soon and will update this later after many more miles and after driving on wet roads. Honestly, I am not sure they are going to meet my expectations, but I am not totally disappointed either at this time. Time will tell and update this later. I guess bottom line now is they are very quite and smooth on nice blacktop roads, mileage has not changed and might be a little better, and steering is easier. Have not tested cornering and breaking yet.
