Initial Review: 1,000 miles on tires

Let me preface by stating that the tires being replaced were a brand called Mastercraft of which I'd never heard. These are much quieter and smoother. This became immediately evident on the instant MPG display mode, when I take my foot off the gas the number quickly moves up much more so than with the former tire. I assume this is a result of the low rolling resistance or LRR advertised. IE: Driving at 65 on the highway when I lift off the gas the instant MPG display will move from say 23 to 60 or more depending on the grade. Even coasting to a red light locally the reading will move from say 15 to 30 even at 5mph. Until you stop then of course it goes to 0.
I'm quite pleased with this tire and do recommend it for a big luxury car. Maybe if I can keep my right foot of the big Norstar V8, these tires should last me a while.
