I chose these Falkens based on Tire Rack's excellent reviews and video comparisons. They are surprisingly quiet and have all the grip I'd ever need for my weekend windy road/pace car/occasional hot lap fun...   Read More

I've only driven 100 miles so far on these tires. I barely broke-in the tires, then took it out for an autocross the same day.On the autocross, these tires were absolutely phenomenal. After one run, the tires heated up to proper operating temperature. I was able to rotate the car with the throttle and brake with extreme precision. These are things I was...  Read More

I daily drive my car but bought these tires mostly for track use. They are very quiet on the freeway and feel as sticky as my old Maxxis RC-1 and Nitto NT01 tires,I actually turned a better lap time with the Falkens at Streets of Willow. and much more traction than Hancook RC3. I have not driven them in the rain yet. Yes I would but them again.   Read More

Paxed 971 in a SCCA G Street autox event. Very good wear. Not a Rival 1.5 or RE-71R, but an excellent tire for the price. No complaints about it handling heat, back to back runs, or adverse wear (chunking). I will use it at everything but National events.   Read More

I have bought 4 sets of Falken [215] and [615] These are fine dry weather traffic tires, and good dry track tires. They lose some traction in the dry if overheated, but rebound adequately when cool again. After 10 - 20? heat cycles the tread gets harder. They are manageable in rain when new, but approach slicks when worn near the tread wear indicators.At...  Read More

I come from a set of worn out Bridgestone Potenza RE11's. I bought my Miata to go autocrossing last year. I've done 7 events total now. These tires were the first mod this year. I have 2 autocross events on them currently, and I am VERY impressed. The first event was a novice school, put on by the local club. Being that this was a school, times werent...  Read More

I bought these tires when I first moved back to Vermont from Florida. So I don't have much to compare there tires to but I will say my first few winter storms I had my jeep 4x4 every time. But after getting more comfortable driving I started leaving it I rwd and after that I very rarely had to use 4x4 the only time I used 4x4 was when I had to drive up...  Read More

I bought these as a track/autocross tire. For me, the deal on these tires was quite a bit chepaer than the Bridgestone RE71R or the Dunlop Star Spec, and being as it's the new version of a tire that Chump and Lemons cars run, I figured I would give up a little bit of grip and competitiveness in autocross/track days in exchange for durability for my budget as...  Read More

Took a chance on these because of the low price, and I am extremely impressed. They outperform the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 that were on it before, and the ride is quieter. The ride is smooth, the bumps are softened a bit more, and the traction wet or dry is excellent. I read and watched a lot of reviews about these before I bought them and I didn't find...  Read More

What a GREAT tire!! Even for the price, the performance out of these tires do not disappoint!!Owning a Mini Cooper S, I wanted a tire that had exceptional grip, retained as much comfort as possible and didnt break the bank. After much back and forth between BFG's and Firestones and 90% of the Mini owners I talked to trying to sway me towards the BFG's,...  Read More

Incredible!!! I believe they are underrated and should be Max Performance, but they have the comfort of UHP. Perhaps they did not want to scare people away, who were looking for comfort.I gave them a 10 on Performance categories, because they seem to be right there with the likes of PSS & RE-11 under street conditions on my heavy car. I can't comment on...  Read More

To start my vehicle is a 6 speed manual transmission that made 602 hp and 608 ft. Lbs. tq. On a Dynojet chassis dynometer. My vehicle previously has Michelin PSS's on the rear in the same size as these Indy 500's. The improvement on dry acceleration is incredibly. On the Michelin's I had to gently roll into the throttle in 2nd gear during any attempt at...  Read More

So far I have been impressed with this tire. I have purchased Firestone tires for about the past 8 years. These tires are consistent with the quality I have come to expect from this tire company. These tires are used in a mix of highway, rural road and off road environment. The tread is aggressive for mild off road use and does well with handling and noise...  Read More

I bought these last year and have over 25,000 on them now. Some minor cupping but that is the trucks fault, the ranger is tough on tires for some reason. (This is my fourth Ranger they were all the same) Fairly quiet for the tread, good tracking, excellent stopping and cornering. In the snow they are also just fine. I will be buying another set when these...  Read More

These replaced the Bridgestone Ecopia tires I had on my Mazda 3. Overall this was a massive improvement. These tires are very quiet by comparison, and maybe the most quiet tires I've ever used. They really perform predictably on the road and provide excellent handling. The grip around corners is superior and I can make many turns now that would cause my...  Read More

Ride, comfort and noise is excellent. Very quiet tire. Ride quality is on firm side but very acceptable. Remember its a performance tire. Dry traction is good. I haven't had the chance to drive in much rain but grip seems fine with the little exposure I've had. I was a little disappointed in the cornering grip especially with sh-awd. Mind you, Tirerack did not give me a selection for back, windy roads, with high speeds; so I went with the auto cross driving selection. First impressions:Impressed. My little Corolla has never felt more comfortable and steady before. The handling is noticeably better than it was; therefore, I'm taking turns harder and at higher speeds, with more confidence....  Read More
