Great Tire Options for Your Dodge Journey

The 225/55R19 equipped Dodge Journey has presented owners with some challenges when it comes time for replacement tires. As mentioned in "Tire Alternatives and Options for Your Dodge Journey", finding a set of new tires can be difficult. However, as of late, a couple manufacturers have stepped up to the plate to fill the void in the original size to provide more options for the Journey.

To maintain the vehicle's ride quality, take a look at the Continental TrueContact or Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus. The Continental TrueContact is a Standard Touring All-Season tire featuring a 90,000-mile treadlife warranty with good winter traction. Pirelli's Cinturato P7 All Season Plus is a top-rated Grand Touring All-Season option and carries a 70,000-miles treadlife warranty with very similar winter capability.

When it comes to at-the-limit wet and dry traction, the better option is the Pirelli as the lower treadlife rating is going to deliver better grip. The Pirelli's ride and comfort characteristics were also quite remarkable when we put it through our road ride test. With these two entries in the 225/55R19 size, it would be hard to make a bad choice and there is no longer a need to look at different alternate sizes to find a better tire!
