It's interesting how different a vehicle preforms from tire to tire. For example on my wife's Pontiac Grand Prix we just switched tires and, wow, what a difference. We had the new Yokohama AVID ENVigor high performance all-season tire installed a few weeks back.
Typically we drive down the same roads every day on our way to work, the store, church or Grandma's house. On this day we happened to be going to Grandma's house which is a mix of rural and county roads. I usually drive the same speed to typical destinations and get to know my local roads well and many times I don't check my speed frequently but know how fast I'm going by feel and sound. With the Yokohama AVID ENVigor now on the Pontiac I found myself going a little faster (about 5-7 miles per hour faster). I attribute this to the tires being smoother over the rural and county roads offering a quiet ride and good handling. If you are looking for Pontiac tires, this is one to consider.
