It is designed for serious sports car and sports coupe enthusiasts looking to satisfy their year-round driving needs by blending dry and wet road performance with light snow and slush traction. The ExtremeContact DWS features Tuned Performance Indicators or letters molded into the outboard shoulder to alert drivers of the tire's performance levels. DWS stands for Dry, Wet, Snow.  After the "S" has worn away, the remaining "DW" is a warning that the tire only has sufficient tread depth for dry and wet road conditions. Finally, after the "W" and "S" have both worn away, the remaining "D" tells you the tire is appropriate for dry conditions only.

Only had them several weeks but very impressed on my BMW. Very quiet and nimble for a car that weighs over 2 tons.

What run flat do you recommend. I want treadwear, low noise, and high traction. Can be all season or not.
