2. Call to check stock at the warehouse nearest you, and then place the order via phone since orders for pick-up IS NOT an option online.
3. Pick up your merchandise at your preferred distribution center.
4. Head over to one of our independent Recommended Installers for installation.

The holder of the credit card used to purchase the merchandise must pick up the order. They must have the credit card and a photo ID with them.

Unfortunately, due to Delaware state tax laws, we are not able to offer individuals the option of picking up tires at our Delaware distribution center. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Is this a possibility ?
Sorry it wasn't more clear, but it is the state tax laws regarding the classification of our business, not the sales tax laws, that prevent us from allowing retail pick up in the Delaware warehouse. Sorry for the disappointment.

Thanks for the email, but, yes, local taxes would apply. Just as if you would purchase a something at a retail store in another state, you are subject to the state's taxes.

While we appreciate your service, we do not offer any sort of discount of our already discounted pricing. Also, you are more than welcome to pick up here in Indiana, though you'd have to phone in the order before you came.

We're a mail order company, and do not have a warehouse in New York, at all. We could, however, ship your tires to a recommended installer in Plattsburgh, and then have them installed there. You can find our list of installers at:
