Have 10,000 miles on these tires and they have been great. Had the LE2's on my last truck and they were great on the highway and around town, but believe it or not these ride much nicer on the highway and have a more quiet ride. I have not driven through snow yet, but have driven in some nasty rain storms where there were several inches of standing water on the roadways and these tires stuck to the road even through deep, muddy holes. On the highway they are responsive and smooth. Great tire. If they wear well and hold up through the winter I will definitely buy them again.

I had a set of Michelin LTX A/T2 tires on my truck for 50000 miles before they needed replacement. These Firestone Destination AT's have only 35000 miles on them, and I will be replacing them before the snow flies this year. The Firestone tires were highly rated and were $20/tire cheaper, so I went with a set. They never performed as good as the Michelins. I have had to use 4 wheel drive to climb up a hill on a highway that was covered in about 2" of snow because the truck kept breaking loose. I was even passed by a Kia going up that hill, talk about embarrassing. Now it has started to hydroplane in medium rain storms, even though I have approximately 1/2 of the tread left.
I will be going back to the Michelins later this year.

I love these tyres, mud tyres that can do anything and tuff as nails as well. These tyres have been fitted to my daily driver work truck for 3 years now. So weekdays I drive the stop start of the city traffic carring a reasonable load as a tradesperson. On the weekends we go 4x4ing and often run them at 22psi over all sorts of terrain. On holidays to list just two, have driven a GVM 3.5T truck through 2 deserts for 3 weeks at a time on 15psi. Gone cross country with them, have run over tree stumps, sticks, base ball size rocks at 50m/h, smashed them on corrugated roads for hour upon hour. Cut them badly from incorrect pressures on gibber stone and shale, hours upon hours of black top high speed at gvm, and occasionally had to give me everything they have for emergency braking; and never had a puncture or failing of any sort. I would say I still have 10,000 mile left in them with decent usable off road tread, or an easy 15 500 on the black top. They are getting a noisier the balder they become, but I think all muds are the same. I have them balanced every rotation at 6000 mile and use the 4psi rule with them. A big thumbs up from me.

I bought these three years ago along with a new set of rims. Shipping from Tirerack was great, and I loved that they came inflated, on the rims. I just slapped them on the car. They handled well, I always felt like they performed great. They are now producing a wumpwumpwump sound at medium speeds, so I'm thinking about replacing them. They still have 3/32" tread, which might not be enough for a Minnesota winter (depending on which kind we get this coming year). I wish I had gotten 60000 miles like some people did. Our driving is probably 1/3 city and 2/3 highway, as 2 of the 3 years we lived out away from heavy traffic. I was initially concerned a little that these were specific tires for Camaros, but when I bought them they had such an awesome price that I couldn't pass them up. Now the price is double what I paid for the first set. Of course I wish I could get the same price again, but I doubt that's going to happen anytime soon. They also look really nice with the rims I got with them. But any other tire is going to have to be a lot cheaper, or have just awesome ratings in order for me to switch to another model. I will say that because these are wider than stock, I was a bit nervous when I was pulling a pop-up camper and the tires were so close to the fender. That duty is now delegated to our pickup truck so that's no longer a concern. Buying both rims and tires from TireRack is so convenient, I wish I could afford to do that every time.
