Yes, you absolutely can. At Tire Rack, we carefully screen every installer in our network to ensure that their level of expertise, equipment and customer service is top notch and on par with our own. We wouldn't send your vehicles to an installer if we didn't feel comfortable sending our own there.
Here's a checklist of things we look for before adding anyone's name to our list:
1. All mounting and balancing equipment is up-to-date, and includes touchless or rim clamp applications. European-style tire changers and high-speed computer spin balancers should also be available.
2. All technicians must be properly trained to ensure damage-free installation.
3. All recommended installers must also be capable of offering additional vehicle support. This includes alignments, repairs, detailing and more.
4. Professional courtesy is a must and must be shown at all times. We show our customers a positive attitude at all times, and we expect our partners to extend that same courtesy.
