We get this question a lot when our customers choose to order tires online. And while we stand behind our products and the methods we use to ship them, we realize that the system (despite our best efforts) isn't always foolproof. If your shipment arrives damaged, or if it's simply incorrect, please contact our customer service team at 800-461-5527, ext 360. We'll discuss the damage with the shipper, and we'll take care of the replacement or exchange. All damaged products must be repackaged and returned to us, which we'll arrange with a Return Authorization Number.
