TEST RESULTS: Street/Sport Truck All-Season Tires

Wednesday, July 21, 2010 by Tire Rack Team
We've been conducting our fair share of tire tests! Recently, we compared three Street/Sport Truck All-Season tires—the Firestone Destination ST, Kumho Ecsta STX KL12, and the Pirelli Scorpion Zero. Each set was installed on a 2009 Porsche Cayenne V6, and then we drove them on area roads and our test track to help determine which were the favorites.

As indicated by the chart at right, the Pirelli Scorpion Zeros attracted the most attention. We liked the balanced road manners, exceptional handling and traction. On the flipside, we still felt as if there was room for a little more dry traction. But it's still a well-rounded (no pun intended) option.

Read "Putting a Trio of Street/Sport Truck All-Season Tires Through the Paces" for a complete description of our test results. Then, shop by vehicle to see which of the three work best on your vehicle.
