Initial Review, 30000 Miles on Tires
January 21, 2012

I have no visible tire wear after 30K. They still look new but then again I have the alignment check and re-set every year. I've only notices a loss in traction when driving over slick painted road lines in icy conditions. Other than that these have been amazing tires. You have to remember that the Element has the acceleration of a shopping cart and weighs a ton relative to other cars so you have to bear that in mind. They do have a significant amount on road noise compared to a standard highway tire. But that doesn't other me after all I'm driving an Element. I'm hardly like to worry about road noise considering I'm driving around in a bright orange pot-a-potty. Face it, its only one step away from an Oscar Meyer weiner mobile.
