Initial Review, 5000 Miles on Tires
October 05, 2011

Good in snow and solid traction. Terrible noise. Biggest problem with these tires is that they made a mistake labeling them. The 'inside' and 'outside' labels on the tire are the SAME on both sides- ignore the labeling and just make sure the treads are forward facing. They guy installing the tires bought Fuzions for his Honda and made this mistake. He said the treads will burn out after 5,000 miles if you heed the 'inside' and 'outside' labels and have one side with the treads facing backward.

I noticed the labels and brought the car back to the guy that installed the tires, and he specifically remembered telling me to ignore the labels because he had the same problem.

The tires overall are VERY noisy and stiff, way worse than the Pirelli originals.

Fuzion HRI tires are NOISY. Just bought a 1999 cavalier coupe. Had two of them on the front almost brand new. Made a lot of noise. Got them rebalanced. Still the same noise. Finally switched them to a touring type tread tire. What a diffence? Silence is golden.
