Initial Review, 40000 Miles on Tires I have NO complaints with these tires. I've had them for a year & a 1/2 and the tread & performance is excellent! I live in PA and just went thru the 2 blizzards w/in a week in Feb. with these tires on my vehicle and they did great! The only way you slide is if YOU are driving too fast on ice. They slip on ice for a split second then gain traction. They go thru mushy, powder & deep snow with a breeze! I'm the type who was petrified to drive in crappy weather but these tires have made me brave! (yes i am female) Also, We drive on long trips constantly because my kids visit their father in another state and the tread has hardly worn down at all. The only thing I dislike about the tires is the Design on the tire walls. I'm not into the whole tribal band looking thing. So if you live in a place like I do and drive like we do...these tires are recommended! Beginning of next year I will be buying a second set and I will be able to keep these tires for spares because they are still in excellent shape!
