Initial Review, 5000 Miles on Tires I drive a 2002 Silverado with a Duramax Diesel that is pushing 500 rwhp. My truck is heavy, weighing about 9000 lbs empty and I tow heavy quite often. I purchased these tires after reading about others who got very good tread wear. I have run BFG A/T's on this truck and only got 22k, Mickey Thompson MTZ which went about 25k on first set, second set of MTZ's were wearing very fast and I sold them. These tires are wearing like iron! 5000 miles and I just rotated them and rears have only worn 2/32nds and fronts only 1/32nd. These tires are a bit noisy at around 30 mph but quiet out over 50. Ice traction is very good on my heavy truck, snow traction is also excellent. Mud traction is good. I have been running every tire made for the last 30 years and of late, these are my favorites at the moment. Read All Reviews for This Tire | Write a Review for This Tire | ||||
