Initial Review, 2500 Miles on Tires I bought my Baja used with just under 100,000 miles on it. It had Uniroyal Tiger Paws on it that looked to have plenty of tread left. Well the first time it snowed I found out that the Subaru has plenty of traction to get going, but I could not stop or steer. Time for new tires. I read the reviews on Tire Rack and checked out Consumer Reports. The Hankook's appeared to be a clear winner, so I ordered a set. Wow, what a difference! After having them mounted, I was driving home and was shocked by how quite my car had become. I just thought it was noisy and rode bad because it was an older car. These tires made it feel like a brand new car! I literally started to laugh on the way home. Drove in the rain with no problems. We had our first snow fall and I actually had brakes and could maintain control. I love these tires and cannot recommended them highly enough. Thanks Hankook and thanks Tire Rack!
