Initial Review, 80000 Miles on Tires
February 08, 2012
These were the OE tires on my 07 GMC Denali. I have had these tires for over 80,000 miles. I could have easily gone another 30,000 but I hit a piece of debris in the road that caused a hole in the sidewall of the front driver side so I am going to go ahead and replace the set. The tires provided low noise throughout the duration of the miles. Traction was excellent all the way up the until the end. After 50,000 miles they still looked as good as some tires I have owned looked after 10,000 miles. I have owned two denalis, two Silverado trucks and several cars. These are by far the best tires I have owned. The only other tires that came close were the more expensive Goodyear Fortera TripleTred I had on my last Denali I had. While Goodyears provided great traction and low noise at first, the traction deteriorated quickly as the tire wore and the noise became almost unbearable at 50,000 miles so I replaced them. Bridgstone Dueler AT Revos, Michelin Cross Terrains and Pirelli Scorpion STRs I have owned don't even compare. If these tires came as your OE tires on your Yukon, Tahoe or Suburban, save yourself some trouble. There is not a better tire out there
