Follow-Up Review: 18,724 miles on tires
Good tires, and they wear well..I don't think mileage has suffered at all.. 2009 Prius II. We live in Tx and drive to Tulsa to see our son. We usually drive 65mph and at one time we got 58.4 granted we had a 30mph tail wind most of the way. I run 40 psifront, 38 psi rear. We try to rotate tires every oil change. I keep check on tire pressure and run Synthetic oil and keep track of air filter. Average mpg in town is 45 and we have traffic lights all over the place and speeds vary from 30mph to 45 stop and go traffic. These tires are very quiet and should last 80,000 miles easy if you rotate tires and maintain proper air pressure. These tires need break in of 3,000 miles then rebalance...
Initial Review: 20,000 miles on tires
I bought these tire with LRR in mind.Mileage is key .We get around 42-47 mpg in town.We have gotten as high as 58mpg on the hwy with tail wind driven at 65mph.Tire wear is great so far and seems even on all treads. We run these tires at 40 front and 38psi rear.
