Initial Review, 5,000 Miles on Tires My Accord came with Michelin tires from the factory. From day one the tires were noisy. I replaced them with a set of Yokohama Avid TRZ tires at 45,000 miles and they were fairly quiet in the beginning but after 5,000 they became very noisy, and got worse the more miles I put on them. I finally replaced them with this set of Yokohama Avid Touring -S tires and I am thrilled with them. Not to say the Yokohama Avid TRZ tires did not perform great as they did. They had 50,000 miles on them when they were removed. But, I cannot stress enough just how noisy these tires had gotten. It was to the point that I hated these tires. This is by far the quietist tires I have even installed on any Honda I have ever owned. If you own an Accord or CRV, these are the tires you should buy.
