Follow-Up Review: 42,500 miles on tires
43,500 and time to re-tire. Will probably choose these again. Have ahd little snow here in SW Mich. since Feb 2011 when I bought the Prius so it's hard to say what the tires performance would be. Braking and hydroplaning no prpblem. Noticed a little hydro recently but the tires are almost down to the wear strips. I expect any tire would be noisy and the ride a little rougher with the pressures recommended by the factory. Seldom less than 50 mpg except in cold weather.
Initial Review: 37,200 miles on tires
Have no complaints with this tires performance. We did not have a bad winter in Mich. since I bought this tire so I can't rate performance in deep snow. Besides, the cars low profile is not conducive to heavy snow driving so I use my CRV with 210000 for those days. These tires easily have anothe 5k left but I wll replace for the summer anyway.
