Initial Review, 300 Miles on Tires I had quite a few brands to choose from and originally wanted the Continental ExtremeContact but they were back ordered, therfore I opted the Yokohamas ENVigor knowing I already had a good experience with a set of Yokohama AVID on my wife's car. Although I've only driven a few hundred miles on these tires, they are excellent. My biggest concern was the noise level and they are much quieter than the OEM Pirelli P6's. We don't have snow in California therefore no comment regarding icy conditions. I have not noticed any loss with these tires, mileage is the same, cornering and handling is slightly better, noise level much better and the feel is better. My old Pirelli P6's had 33,400 miles on them and probably another 2K-3K more life on the tread but I like changing tires a bit sooner and not take any chances. If these Yokohamas give me at least the same life as my previous tires, plus the quietness and handling I'm expecting, Yokohama has a winner!
