Yokohama AVID ENVigor (W-Speed Rated)
Follow-Up Review: 22,000 miles on tires
Just a quick update. Although these were outstanding tires initially and still do grip great. As soon they were rotated road noise has become very loud and annoying. (sounds and feels like your driving on cobblestone streets) All alignment settings on the car are good and the tires show no signs of any wear issues. I'm at a loss as to the cause but I wont be purchasing these again.
Initial Review: 10,000 miles on tires
I put these on the daily driver with a set of RPF1s and H&R Springs to tighten up the vague stock suspension. Initial impressions were all very positive. The tire offers plenty of grip and a forgiving ride quality. To date I have put roughly 10k on the set with little noticeable tread wear and would expect them to last 30-40k. Although W speed rated and not intended for snow use I have to commend their versatility. I had the good fortune of moving to Oklahoma the day it snowed 12+ and I was able to get around in some nasty conditions with no problems.
