Sumitomo HTR Z III
Initial Review: 11,153 miles on tires

This is my 2nd set of the Sumitomo HTR Z III tires for my 2004 BMW Z4. Excellent all-around tire for the money here in southeastern portion of TN. The winters are relatively mild compared to the northern states where you'd likely want to switch to winter tires. The Sumitomo's exhibit above average dry/wet handling characteristics, good ride comfort and are relatively quiet compared to other OEM brands I've tried. I have an advantage for aiding tire longevity in that my Z4's tire size is the same on all four corners and I can rotate them every 5K miles. I am more on the spirited driving side of the equation with my manual-transmissioned roadster, and take advantage of the twisty mountainous and hilly terrain in this area. I got 29,000 miles out of my last set of Sumitomo HTR Z III's. Would recommend them for similar application usage without hesitation.
