Initial Review, 15,000 Miles on Tires For a tire rated at 480, I'd expect a lot better wear than I have gotten. The tires are properly aligned and inflated, and I am a smooth driver, faster than average, but not a lot. At 15,000 miles, 2 of the tires are used up and the other 2 are about 15 or 20% remaining. The wear pattern is even all the way across the tread. I have never pushed the tires to their limits, so the performance ratings are really a guess. A Buick like this is no sports car, but it always feels stable, if not crisp, on the road with these tires. I thought these tires would be good on my '67 Corvette, but I'm not so sure now.
