These are great winter tires and offer exception dry and wet grip and solid performance on snow and ice, they may not grip quite as well as a Blizzak or Graspic in really wet snow but they offer excellent all around winter performance and EXCEPTIONAL resistance to hydroplaning. They are a bit slow to react and have lots of flex on initial turn in and are quite noisy on dry roads under acceleration and breaking but thats to be expected of a snow. They offer a very comfortable ride as well though a soft sidewall can lead to a bouncy ride with stiff aftermarket performance suspension. Under braking they offer good grip and track straight unlike some other snows that tend to pull under hard braking. I am quite happy with my purchase of these tires and have driven through a several sever winter storms with them and have found them to be competent and predictable in there harsh condition behavior. If I have one major issue with them its that they can tend to flex excessively during lane changes making them a bit unpredictable as to when they will actually initiate the turn resulting in a dead spot in steering this also is apparent over irregular road surfaces in that you can feel the tread flex significantly laterally making the rear of the car feel unsettled when its not, my Corrado is on aftermarket performance suspension and is very stiffly sprung and has very significant steering feel though which tends to amplify the feel of the flexing in a standard vehicle i imagine it would be far less prominent. I would buy these tires again and if current wear patterns indicate anything they should last me at least 1 or 2 more seasons of aggressive winter driving.
