I was very pleasantly surprised by the performance of these tires. I discovered them by doing a search on Tire Rack and reading other reviews. I replaced the oem 255-60-19 Goodyears with the Pirelli 255-55-19. I don't know how much of the handling improvement was due to going to a slightly lower profile and how much is due to the tire construction itself. But I do know that the improved snow and ice traction is all due to the Pirellis. I would highly recommend these tires. When it comes time to replacing these tires I will consider replacing them with the Michelins only because I have had good luck with Michelins in the past. But I would only do so if the reviews for the Michelins were as good or better as the Pirelli's, and the Mich's were very close in price. Otherwise, I know I won't regret purchasing the Pirelli's again and neither ill you.
