Initial Review, 49,000 Miles on Tires OEM for the 5th Gen Camaro SS. This is a very sticky tire. Great traction. Great wear as long as you keep the tires going the same speed as the car. ;) I had ~40,000 miles on the rears with 3/32" tread left, and wanted to try something else, so I bought a pair of General AS-03s. What a mistake! They wandered all over the place, requiring almost constant steering correction. They also broke loose in the corners AT POSTED SPEED. The Pirellis are great. Predictable, safe, reasonably quiet. Cornering is excellent, even at 15-20MPH over the posted speed on a outward-sloping on ramp. A wonderful tire to have if you need to stop NOW! They just squat and STOP! I'm sticking with Pirellis. Read All Reviews for This Tire | Write a Review for This Tire | ||||
