Initial Review: 2,000 miles on tires
July 22, 2014

I put about 70 miles a day driving between the suburbs and the city and these tires have been great so far - and they look so good on the car! This car came originally with Pirelli's (still have the spare) and over the life of the car I have used various other brands such as Goodyear (were fine) and Hankook (not so good). I really wanted to go back as close to the original tire as possible to see if there was a performance difference after all this time. I have to say yes: Grip on the road has been excellent and tread wear looks good so far. Gas mileage has bumped up slightly. Have not driven in a huge rainstorm yet, but on wet roads I've encountered so far the traction has been great. I will update this review after going through one of our great Chicago winters to detail performance in those conditions and tread wear. Also - very please with Tire Rack price and delivery on these. Everything went as planned getting to my mechanic.
