After more mileage accumulation, the tires are starting to wear out, the outside treads are worn out (perhaps due to the front bias of the Jetta platform), though I religiously rotate these tires. Car is driven 50/50 local/highway so the wear pattern may be due to the vehicle. I think there may be another 10,000 more miles left before it has to be replaced. Tires remain quiet and smooth without requiring re-balance. This is the stellar aspect of this tire. Winter traction has suffered, as expected and the tread continues to wear off. One thing to note, the tires seems to suffer from dry rotting due to being exposed to the sun/environment (car is parked outside 100%). But I don't think it is affecting any performance.
Initial Review: 11,000 miles on tires

I purchased this tires for replacement OEM tires which was also a Michelin MXV4, but of an earlier technology without the Green technology. The newer tire seems more premium in feel, treadwear and ride comfort. Tires has been through 2 winter seasons in Metro Detroit without much problem. Snow traction is not the greatest, but if driven carefully, not an issue during winter seasons. The tires' strength lies in its ride comfort, dry/wet weather handling and treadwear.
