Michelin Primacy Alpin PA3
Initial Review: 20,000 miles on tires
December 02, 2012

This is my second set of Michelin Alpins. I've tried Blizzaks, Nokians, Good year, and Firestones. These are the best. Only these and the Nokians have silicone in the tires rubber. This means that the rubber stays dry in wet or icy conditions. Just because another tires read looks similar doesn't mean they have silicone in the tires.
I CONSTANTLY DRIVE FASTER THAN EVERYBODY ELSE ON THE ROAD! EVERYBODY! These tires are amazing in rain, the BEST! Also AWESOME in deep snow, but the Nokians are a hair better in snow but not as good in rain. Chicago is mostly rain with a little snow.
These tires do wear faster in the summer so maybe switch to something else or just drive them anyways like I do.
