Initial Review, 100 Miles on Tires My Grand Sport had 10,000 miles on OE run-flat tires when I replaced them with the non-run-flat Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Huge difference from OE tires. They are much quieter and ride much better, especially over road expansion joints. The most noticible difference is when changing lanes on the highway. When crossing expansion joints when changing lanes, the car would jump sideways hard enough that you could feel it through the steering wheel. With the Michelins, the car just glides across the joints without noticing them. I did buy an aftermarket tire sealer and inflator kit. Sealer isn't supposed to harm tire pressure sensors, and the container is a perfect fit into one of the storage compartmets in the trunk. I'm extreamely happy with these tires.
