Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 ZP
Initial Review: 5,000 miles on tires
April 09, 2013

I have 25,000 miles on my Z06 with 4 sets of tires worn out. Use these for hwy and HPDE. Compared to OEM G1 GY and Nitto NT05's. These tires are better. NT05 has better dry feel and softer sidewall as it is not ZP, but these and OEM GY had better G meter reading. These wear better than GY, feel better, feel faster, much better in rain, a bit quieter. 10/32 is 9.5/32 new per my micrometer, but that should be considered next to other tires like NT05 (6/32 new).. These are good all around tire, but will try PSS as they say they last longer on track AND give better grip. I'm dubious but I'll see... The ZP PS2 is a great tire.
