Initial Review, 4,000 Miles on Tires 2006 Porsche Boxster. I so rarely drive this car in the rain, I didn't rate the tires' wet performance. But on dry roads, the PS2s are fantastic! I haven't driven the Boxster with any other tires, so I can't directly compare (and the car is so inherently good, it would perform well on bicycle tires), but the PS2 seems to have the perfect balance of grip/traction, stability, responsiveness, and comfort. For high-performance tires, they're fairly quiet and they won't punish you on bad roads. These tires are much better than the Pirelli P Zeros on my Audi A6 (I know it's not an apples-to-apples comparison with the cars, but the Audi handles extremely well).
