Initial Review, 4,000 Miles on Tires I am dissapointed in the winter traction of these tires. They plow allot in anything more than about an inch of snow and i find myself having to drift the car or use parking brake on cornering if i want to maintain any amount of speed through cornering. i expected to scrifice traction by going with a performance winter tire, just didnt think it would be so much. had dunlop winter SP 3D previously and would go back to those or something else when these Michelin's wear out. Ive had Michelin PA2's before and had the same problem. i had hoped the PA3's would be better but they're not. Great in winter when roads are clear or wet, but not good in any snow to speak of unless you drive like a Granny (no offence to any Grannies).
