Initial Review, 3,000 Miles on Tires This is my second set of Michelin non-studded winter tires, as I replaced an original set of X-Ice with this purchase. This tire has been improved, and my ratings may seem harsh. Taken with a grain of salt, let me just say that I have never experienced a better combination of handling, ride quality, low noise, and wet weather performance - and the tire they replaced, the original X-Ice, was stunning, and lasted more than 4 seasons (including one summer!).I cannot say enough good things about this tire.
