Initial Review, 25,000 Miles on Tires I had a different set of michelins on the car previously which did fairly in the rain, and poorly in the snow because this is a rear wheel drive car. When I switched to the Hydroedge I noticed a marked improvement with the ride, handling and ability to drive in light snow. Of course the previous tires had 70,000 miles on them and they were "worn out" making them perform miserably. Nonetheless, I'm still impressed with the ride and overall handling after 25,000 miles. I would definitely buy them again but they seem to be in the process of being phased out as they are no longer available in sizes needed for my 3 cars.
