Initial Review, 20,000 Miles on Tires This is NOT a low rolling resistance tire. If your main interest is fuel economy do NOT buy this tire. I was regularly averaging 50 MPG with the original Good Year Integrity tires. With the Defenders I my best tank average was 39 MPG during the summer and only 35 MPG in cold weather and with winter tires. The first 2,000 miles I was only averaging < 36 MPG in summer weather!!!
