Initial Review, 1,000 Miles on Tires The OEM tires worn out at 33,000 miles which is utterly shameful. I've only driven this set of Kumho tires for about a 1000 miles but the car is definitely handling snow in northeast like a champ. It now cuts across 6-8 inches of snow with ease. Wet traction is also excellent assuming no excessive speeding. These tires have been very quiet at all speed so far. The only knock against these tire would be losing 2-3 MPG when compared against my original low rolling resistance tires.
